I absolutely LOVE to be in contact with my customers. By communicating via email enables me to be in a calm environment were I can focus on the customers needs and demands for their very special day. Email is definitely my number one communication medium, then I have time to look at everything and make the right decision, as well as saving the necessary information needed.
On the other side of this is phone calls. I just don't like phone calls (ha ha ha) Because I run a hands on business, I am normally extremely busy when not in front of my computer. To be completely honest, I get many phone calls were customers want to know if I have 12 x vases of this or 100 x napkins of that available - if I am not in front of my computer, I cannot give an answer to you. This means, by the time I get back to the office I've probably have forgotten who I need to call back. Most of the times I am busy with another brides set up etc.
I also do understand that WhatsApp is normally the easiest route, please WhatsApp me with your enquiries or visions and I will come back to you as soon as I can. Normally I am busy with set up on a Saturday morning, so it will be difficult to communicate then and am just focussed on my bride or person's BIG day.
But Saturday afternoons and Sundays are family time, so please do respect this time.
